Sweet Silver Spoon is the creation of Pastry Chef Priscila Brunsfeld. Chef Priscila brings more than a decade of experience from her studio in São Paulo, Brazil. The years spent there are filled with research and innovation, where new flavors and techniques delivered sweet perfection to its customers.

Sweet Silver Spoon is the result of Chef Priscila’s relentless search for a superior experience in confectionery that makes every event an unforgettable experience. Our confections bring to your palate new and traditional flavors by combining creativity and artistry. For Sweet Silver Spoon each patron’s order is special. Our goal is to surpass your expectations in taste and presentation.

Chef Priscila loves to share her passion for patisserie and has individual and group classes in various formats in Heathrow (North of Orlando), FL and São Paulo.

Pastry Chef Priscila Brunsfeld

Chef Priscila is a graduate in Pastry Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City. After graduation at ICE, Chef Priscila spent her apprenticeship at the famous Confetti Cakes bakery by Elisa Strauss. Subsequently, Chef Priscila continued to seek new methods and techniques by attending courses and workshops with world renowned professionals such as: Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Scott Wooley, Debbie Brown, Jacques Torres and Jean Georges. Chef Priscila constant search for perfection has gotten her recognition in US and Brazilian magazines and was named as one of the top 30 pastry chefs in Brazil.
